Bits of Our Hearts - May 9, 2015

Went out to buy groceries this morning in Nairobi. NO, we did not buy the MANGO TANG, but it was ‘On Sale’! Traffic in the city was heavy with vehicles inching along. First a man in a motorized wheelchair passed us and moved on down the middle of the road. Then two horses with riders appeared and went into one of the apartment complexes, where they were giving rides to kids! A normal day in Africa!

Lunch at CHOWPATY at Diamond Plaza after shopping. Jack had Garlic Masala Chips and a VIMTO special. Jack described the red and green sauces as HOTTER and HOTTEST! The white one was plain yoghurt.

I had a Cheese Nan and a sweet Lassi - I wanted a Mango one, but only plain ones were offered! A great meal!
